Centreville Town Council President and ESAM Treasurer Jim Beauchamp has accepted an appointment to serve as the Budget Officer for Ann Arundel County and will not be seeking reelection to the Centreville Town Council this fall. Here is a link to that article. As this is a demanding role, Jim has resigned as the treasurer for ESAM. We would like to congratulate Jim on this exciting new role and wish him all the best.
ESAM bylaws state on page 2, paragraph 1, “If a vacancy shall occur on the Executive Board, the Board shall elect a new member to fill the unexpired term of the member vacating office.” With that direction we would like to provide an opportunity to those members who wish to be considered for treasurer to fill out the form below. The Executive Board will meet in September to elect a new treasurer. The deadline for submissions will be 11:59PM, August 30, 2019.
